4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of the Orile Alagbado Kingdom. Any unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or use of historical palace manuscripts, traditional banners, or kingdom assets is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Orile Alagbado traditional council, its chiefs, or administrators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Lagos State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
