Medical Records Officer Grade: CONTEDISS 08 Requirements: * Good Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in: * Health Information Management, or * Health Records. * Relevant professional body registration. * Computer literacy is an added advantage. ⸻ 6. Nursing Assistant Grade: CONTEDISS 04 Requirements: * Five (5) O’Level credit passes, including: * English Language * Mathematics * Biology * Chemistry * Physics * Obtained in not more than two sittings. * Plus either: * Auxiliary Nurse Certificate from a registered health facility, or * Health Assistant Certificate from a College of Health Technology. ⸻ 7. Nursing Officer II Grade: CONHESS 08 Requirements: * Good Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. * Minimum of Second-Class Lower Division. * Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN). ⸻ 8. Pharmacist I Grade: CONHESS 09 Candidates must possess one of the following: A. Good Bachelor’s Degree, minimum of Second-Class Lower Division, in Pharmacy, with at least three (3) years’ relevant experience; OR B. Master’s Degree with one year of post-qualification cognate experience, together with full professional registration; OR C. A suitable Pharmacist I with at least three (3) years of satisfactory service on that grade. ⸻ 9. Technical Officer Grade: CONTEDISS 07 Requirements: * National Diploma (ND) or equivalent in a relevant discipline. * Minimum of Lower Credit. * At least three (3) years of post-qualification cognate experience. ⸻ 10. Assistant Technical Officer Grade: CONTEDISS 06 Requirements: * National Diploma (ND) or equivalent in a relevant discipline. * Minimum of Lower Credit. ⸻ 11. Craftsman Grade: CONTEDISS 04 Requirements: Candidates must possess any of the following: * National Technical Certificate (NTC) or equivalent, with at least two (2) years of relevant experience; or * Grade III Government Trade Certificate, with at least two (2) years of satisfactory service on that grade. ⸻ 12. Porter Grade: CONTEDISS 04 Requirements: * Senior Secondary School Certificate or equivalent. * At least three (3) subjects, including English Language. ⸻ 13. Clerical Officer Grade: CONTEDISS 04 Requirements: * Senior Secondary School Certificate. * Four (4) credit-level passes, including English Language, obtained at one sitting; or * Five (5) credit-level passes obtained at two sittings. ⸻ 14. Motor Driver/Mechanic II Grade: CONTEDISS 04 Requirements: * Junior Secondary School Certificate or equivalent. * Valid Class C Driver’s Licence. * At least three (3) years of satisfactory post-qualification driving experience. ⸻ 15. Accountant I Grade: CONTEDISS 09 Requirements: * Good Bachelor’s Degree. * Minimum of Second-Class Lower Division. * Accountancy qualification. * NYSC Discharge Certificate. * At least two (2) years of post-qualification cognate experience. ⸻ 16. Data Processing Assistant Grade: CONTEDISS 03 Requirements: * Five (5) O’Level credit passes, including: * Mathematics * English Language * Good knowledge of computer applications. ⸻ 17.
